As a thank-you, Founders keep a permanent Founder badge and remain eligible for an exclusive $9/month Pro rate (less than half the standard $19/month), even if they cancel. The badge and rate eligibility stay with you, but Pro features require an active paid subscription.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Plans & Billing and you keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period. After that, your account returns to Free. Your existing trade logs, journal entries, and recorded history stay in your account; only Pro tools are turned off.

Is my trade data private and secure?

Your trade history and journal entries are private to your account. We do not sell personal information or share your individual trade history, P&L, or strategies with other users, competitors, or the public. We process your data to provide journaling, imports, broker sync, performance metrics, and AI insights, using service providers described in our Privacy Policy. You can permanently remove specific data categories from Profile > Data Management.

How do I import my trades?

Pro members can upload a CSV or Excel file exported from their broker. QuantBuddyAI supports ThinkOrSwim (TOS), Interactive Brokers (IBKR), TradeStation, NinjaTrader, and generic formats, and reads common column layouts automatically. Pro also includes broker auto-sync for supported brokerage accounts. Free members can always log trades manually in seconds.

What does the AI analysis actually cover?

The AI analyzes your specific trade data - not generic advice. It identifies your strongest and weakest days of the week, best and worst trading sessions (morning vs. afternoon), which instruments you trade most profitably, and whether your scalps or swing trades perform better. The analysis report references your actual numbers.

Will I lose my trade logs if I downgrade?

No. Downgrading only turns off Pro tools such as imports, broker sync, advanced AI reports, and lifestyle correlations. Your existing trade logs, journal entries, and recorded history stay in your account on the Free plan.
